Cancellations & Rescheduling (Workshops)
If you need to cancel a workshop, please let me know at least 7 days in advance. In that case, I'm happy to offer a refund or help you reschedule for a future session.
Because workshops are small and materials and studio time are prepared in advance, I may not be able to refund cancellations within 7 days of the workshop. If something unexpected comes up, please do get in touch — I'll always do my best to work with you.
If a workshop ever needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
Returns & Refunds (Artwork)
If an artwork arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please let me know within 14 days of delivery so I can make it right.
Because many works are printed in small editions or made to order, returns for other reasons may not always be possible unless noted.
